From Dublin (110 miles approx)
Take the N8/N7 (Cork) to Cahir. Do not go into the town of Cahir. Stay on the main road and at the roundabout, take the N24 to Tipperary/Limerick. After about 6 miles, take a right turning, signed Coopers Cottage. Rathellen House is one mile down this road, on the right, across from Coopers Cottage.
Should you happen to miss the turning, signed Coopers Cottage, you will reach the village of Bansha. Turn around and travel back the same road, taking the first turn to the left. This is probably the easiest way to find us!!
From Cork (60 miles approx.)

Take the N24 to Waterford via Limerick City, through Tipperary Town to Bansha. For Rathellen House, take the first turning to the left, after the village of Bansha. There is a finger post to Coopers Cottage at this junction. Rathellen House is one mile down this road, on the right, across from Coopers Cottage.
