From Dublin (110 miles approx)
Take the N8/M8 towards Cork. Exit at Junction 10. Take the N24 towards Limerick/Tipperary. From the roundabout at the junction of the N24 and the N8, drive for 10km (6 miles) approx on the N24. Take a right turning, signposted Coopers Cottage. Rathellen House is 1.5km (1 mile) approx. down this road on the right. It has a stone entrance with a plaque saying Rathellen House.
Should you happen to miss the turning, signed Coopers Cottage, you will reach the village of Bansha. Turn around and travel back the same road, taking the first turn to the left. This is probably the easiest way to find us!!

Take the N24 to Waterford via Limerick City, through Tipperary Town to Bansha. For Rathellen House, take the first turning to the left, after the village of Bansha. There is a finger post to Coopers Cottage at this junction. Rathellen House is one mile down this road, on the right, across from Coopers Cottage.
